Data isolation: Each program's records are walled off from every other program's, enforced in the database itself.
Role-based access: Staff see only the areas their job needs: a booster treasurer sees the books, an assistant sees attendance.
No selling or advertising: Student and family data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with outside analytics trackers.
Data privacy agreement: We sign a data privacy agreement with your district, or review the one your district already uses.
Return or delete: When a program leaves, its data is returned or deleted within 45 days.
