Setup and import
Send us your spreadsheets and we'll import your students, families, inventory and music library for you. It's quoted to your data, because a clean 50-row roster and a 15-year-old instrument spreadsheet are different jobs.

Need a quote for your bookkeeper, a W-9 or a vendor form? Ask and we'll send it.

Why don't you list prices?
Programs vary too much for one price to be fair. A quote takes one business day.
Do families pay anything to use it?
No. Families only pay the fees your program assigns.
Are there payment processing fees?
Your processor charges its standard rates. Program Partner adds nothing on top.
